I just bought some dextrose but am slightly confused with the label. From my understanding its recommend to take 50-75 grams. On the label it says...

Nutrition Info
Serving size 1.25 tsp
Servings Per Container: 227
Amount Per Serving % Daily Value
Calories 15
Calories from fat 0
Total fat 0 G 0
Total Carbohydrate 4 G 1
Sugars 4 G
Sodium 0 MG 0
Protein 0 G

So should i be taking 40 tsp to get 50 grams?

Looks like you would need about 10 tsp to get that.

1 serving is =1.25 tsp
1 serving is =4 grams carbs/sugar

So I underestimated a bit but to get 50 grams it would be 12.5 servings.
12.5 x4= 50.

So 12.5x1.25=15.6 tsps or just about 16. So again I underestimated, but I just looked at it quickly and gave a quick answer.
