Check out CalorieKing.com
$7/month but it has the menu from almost every restaurant out there. Has the meal broke down into calories/protein/carbs/fat... Useful tool if you eat out a lot.

dude any of those places are fine. no reason to pay $7 for calorie king. go in there, buy a lot of food, eat it. keep doing this until you gain weight.

Can't go wrong w/ Chipotle. I think their burritos have about 1000 calories.

Chipotle is God's pantry.
If God intended everyone to be a fat ass. Limit the fast food. Get your calories from beef and chicken unkess you weigh 100 pounds, in which case it doesnt matter........for now.

Chipotle is God's pantry.
It use to be around here, until a local branch was temporarily closed down because a food poisoning outbreak caused by fecal bacteria got about 300 people sick.

I wish we had In-n-Out over here on the East Coast. My favorite fast food burger joint, hands down. And I love Chipotle, but come on he lives in California, home to the best burritos on Earth.

I know you wanted in and out, but if you got time to sit down, BBQ ribs are great. I try to eat them as much as possible after a squat day.

Id say head to carls Jr and get the $6 dollar western plus add an additional $6dollar patty so now u have a double $6dollar western and the new natural cut fries and a diet coke and its almost scary how healthy the meal is for u. : )

Might not be fast food... but I used to enjoy the domino 5,5,5 deal... eat two pizzas like a giant sandwich/full size calzone, and then fold the third in half for a snack later on. This was a weekly occurance when i was in the Navy, sometimes twice a week. The dominos in my town closed down, else-wise I'd be doing that here too.
Other than that.... I agree with pretty much everyone else that said "it doesn't matter, just go eat".

Also Quizno's (not subway) 5 dollar foot longs are pretty high in the calorie department. I always get the roast beef.

Philly area has plenty of Chic-Fil-A's...and this isn't quite the "South". Something we have never had though, is Sonic. However, in the past 2 months..they have built a few in the general area. Also, White Castle...probably the grossest fast-food money can buy. Thoughts?
White castles..... very accurate description of them, but that makes me want to eat them! Closest one to KC is in St. Louis though :(

idk if you have them in Cali, but Hu Hot mongolian grill is amazing. I always go there on fridays after a hard week and it's amazing! Grab two bowls, pile one full of chicken and shrimp with some noodles, Then all veggies in that other bowl. Makes for one amazing meal. I couldnt even imagine the calories in that thing but its working for strength gains and it taste really good :)

I go with Wendys,
Large Chili with Ultimate Chicken Grill and Diet Coke,
16g Fat, 63g Carbs, 49g Protein
Definitely not a meal for the cut,
but daaammn
^^ thats only like 600 cals, you could get away with that on a cut.
