Wow what piece of equipment. We did this thing today and it was the hardest thing I think I've ever done. Jesse got one from Spud at Europa. We had 50lbs on the thing and it like to kill me using the low handles. We did 3 sets with it. If you don't have one I recommend you do. Much more effective than traditional sled work.

Welcome to our world - lol. While we don't have the spud one we have something similiar. It's amazing how much it makes you work with so little weight huh?

Dude it was serious. We do regular sled work push Jesse's 2500 Dodge but never felt anything like that thing.

Oh yeah.. a prowler... I got one awhile back .. it kicks your butt in many ways. What I like about it, is you can do SO MANY things with it, push, pull, drag, etc..
Lung Breaker is about right.. haha.. great name..and very true.
these are brutal. no other way to describe it.

Im gonna do it weekly till i master it. Keeping it to 3 sets and upping the sets as I get better at it. Lung Breaker huh? Ill put it to the test.
When we first started we were doing runs with 2 plates, and over the next few weeks (we may have even done every other week) we got up to trying heavy sets of something like 4 plates. when we went back down and were doing 2 plates it was like it was a toy in both longer and faster runs as well as medleys.
I can only imagine how that translates into gpp. If there was a number to quantify it would be very big I bet lol.

We were doing that low set of handles. Im sure if we used the top I could have done more weight.

We don't have the low set yet as they are still being made, but I can only imagine.
Yea, I tried pushing the first plate holder when it was empty and that wasn't going to happen, not in the belly of the beast anyway.

What does this thing slide on? Can you use it on concrete or does it have to be on grass?
