I've been lifting weights for awhile, and I have at least some decent muscles, but I've been trying to figure out what kind of diet plan I can make because I want to lose some fat so my abs show really well.

What kind of diet should I do and how many times a day should I eat?

Age: 16
Height: 5'8
Weight:165-170 pounds.

first go to www.fitday.com. Start recording every thing you eat with it. Make sure you are getting 1 gram of protien for every pound you weigh and that 30% of your diet is fats (preferably healthy fats). The following week subtract 500 calories from your diet. Keep track of your weight and at the end of the week average it out. When you stop losing weight subtract another 300 cals. If you lose more than a pound a week slow down and add some calories back to your diet.
