Hi everyone,

Just posting some pictures to see what progress I have made. I've not made as much progress as I would've liked over 8 months, yes, that's right, 8 months! But I'm getting there. I just need to eat more.

It's hard to tell much of difference because the shots are so different (the "now" photos are much closer and larger).

That said, you're really skinny. After 8 months, you could be much, much bigger. You need to eat until you feel like you are going to puke and you need to do that several times a day. You're very lean so you shouldn't have to worry about much fat gain, as long as you train hard.

How much weight have you gained in 8 months?

I see what you're saying, I'll try and get some better photos. I find it so difficult to get decent ones, even using my DSLR camera, it's just the lighting in my room is 'orange' and makes the photos look crap!

I'm not sure how much weight I've gained, not enough anyway. I'll weigh myself tomorrow and let you know.

I'm on the lookout for a decent-tasting weight gainer, but that's something for another thread?

Here's some pictures I found which are similar, 3-4 months in:

I gained about 10lbs in those shots.

As you can see, my progress from there on has been... pathetic really.

Tbf, you can really see a difference in the chest, with the second lot of photos you posted... The ones from similar angles.

But you need to eat a LOT more dude! Go on a sea food diet... See food and eat it =]

The lighting in my room is crap, and is yellow/orange colour, I had to change the white balance of these photos to get them to look right, which makes my skin look grey...

Still too dam skinny! I'm eating more now, drinking at least 3 pints of whole milk per day and just ordered some weight gainer.
