Ok guys. I just got back home. I got to train with da Cuban Bull and freinds. I did what Travis said about breaking it in with a 3 and 4 board. But I also got down to a 2 board. I put a lot of reps in today with the shirt (doubles and tipples). WOW you guys were right, I felt like I could lift the world! I hit a Semi PR it wasn't clean I had help but it was a PR as far as having the weight in my hands. I got 405 off a 3 board. It went down like a ton of bricks and took about 3 months to get it up. But like I said I had help it was a 1 RM at the very end of training.
I absoulty LOVE my new shirt! I got great help for for heavier lifts! Laying in a squat rack and having someone hand off weight heavier than what you plan on lifting to get the feel of it and to train my CNS for when I do get there. I tried it after benching. Pretty sad but I could only hold 405 for like 5 seconds :( but I"m working on it!

raw warm up bar 2x12
raw 135x2x5

Shirt work
225 off 4 board x 3 first lift in the shirt didn't feel confortable
275 off 4 board x 3 Started to get use to the shirt
315 off 3 board x 3 Felt great like I've been in it a few weeks
315 off 2 board x 2 extremly easy
Somehow skipped 365 in the rotation :( an ended up with 405 on the bar
405 off 3 board x1 Had help but didn't give up,got it locked out

Floor stablization
315x3 20 seconds each
405x2 5 seconds each

Nice work mate. I have been training with my first shirt, an Inzer single ply Rage X for about a month now, and am loving it. Its a how new dimension to benching.

i have had this double ply rage x for two years now and still havent got it broke in. at a very weak 165 i was able to get 380 up. since then my weight is in the 180ish. its so damn tight still its not funny. i think i have figured out that i need to work my fore arm strenght so i can hold heavier weights on the desent. i get six inches from my chest and i loose control and the top side of my fore arms feel like they are stretching like rubber bands.. when i bought the shirt i was in the 181ish < it took loosing 16lbs for me to do something in it.

Thanks Travis for the advise in breaking in this shirt. I guess the 2nd bench w/o in it will be more interesting. I still have my Rage X but I'm definatly throwing rocks at it now that I have the SDP.
Oh yeah can you picture lil me telling Joel he's a skinny bodybuilder? It's bad enough I call him Mr. Unicep LOL

Any time! I'm glad you've found the same success many others have with that shirt. Its really a blast to wear.

Eric, are you talking about teasing Joel? Yeah I love doing that and watching him get all hot and itchy when he's getting picked on! LMAO.
