View Full Version : Bad Bulk = Fatty Saltrock:( Help?

OK. started bulking in september with the idea of cutting up in March for holiday in june.

Sept - Dec went ok kept Bfat levels don and gained some good mass.

After xmas everything has gone downhill and ive put on a fair amount of BF particularly on my gut.

Now its time to cut and i dont know if ill b able to loose it by june now.

Ive done the atkins diet b4 but that is deffo a last resort!
Was thinkin about takin ephedra tablets twice a day. is this ok??

Should i start doin cardio?

PLS HELP!!

How much weight have u put on?

Cardio yes, do it, its good for u...

Eat properly, excersise, common sense.

trying to eat as much protein as poss.

"trying" to cut out bread and eat as little carbs as poss.

i'm eating too many to get into ketosis tho.

well umm..

kinda just guessed eating more protein and less carbs/fatty foods would have similar results to the atkins only it would take longer.?

mmmm..kinda yeah. so atkins worked for you then and you felt well on it?

are you eating plenty of green vegetables for your carb intake?

well i lost around 12lb in 2 weeks w/ atkins

started with headaches, fatigue, bad moods, the usual kind of things.

thats why its a last resort, ive done it twice for 2 weeks and they were the longest 2 weeks ever.

almost all of my carbs consist of bread and potato in some form or another.

you can't bulk badly if you put on 25 lbs, as long as at least half of it was muscle.

you dont need to go into ketosis. how low are u droping your carbs? you are doing the right thing by adding protein but you shouldnt drop your fat too much, or at all. just make sure your carbs are good clean sources, and same goes for the fats. give us some number (cals, macros) and see if we can help you better.

How are your energy levels? A really high protien diet will kill your energy .....Ya need carbs man in some shape or form,and fats

Unfortunatly i dont work with strict figures.

I just try and keep carbs down and eat protein whenever possible.

I try to get carbs in the morn and post workout.

energy levels are fine due to adequate complex carbs and ephedra :D


Is it dangerous to have more than 1 ephedra tablet a day?

haha, no, lol, ive seen one guy down 6 for the high, and he was ok, but he does cocaine a lot too so im not sure...
