basically, all i need is some food that is high calorie...

i have counted my food in my first to meals (up to lunchtime) and i get these:

71g protein
11.8g fat
148.6g carbs
987 calories
6.3g sat-fat

im not sure what i need it to be high in otherwise... i don't care (you may though), so lond as its pretty cheap and fairly easy to make (mostly cheap though)...

i am 15 and i am on a 'semi' bulk, ie i am bulking, but not too fast..., and quite healthy
