Thanks guys. Ya the depth thing wasnt cause I wanted to go that deep lol but they were calling us down super deep.

I roll the bar out so I can straighten my legs and take one deep breath b4 i pull. I take the deep breath, rollit towards me, pull myself down at the same time and than up.

Good Job, and way to make adjustments to get your lift.

I think that is about how deep your supposed to go? Maybe I go a little lower than is necessary.
