hey, im in decent shape, 5'7 170 pounds. i wrestle at my school so i keep in pretty good shape, and i played football for 3 years which included lifting 5 days a week , so i also believe i have a good amount of muscle for my age and size.
although im confident in all of this, i'd like to get my body fat down then what it is at right now. during wrestling season it was around 21%, but id like to be somwehere near 15% or less.
sorry, it was probally lower DURING season, but since im not wrestling daily now i know ive gone up in body fat, i wrestled at 160 pounds , so i lost alot of fat to cut down to it.
ive asked around for tips and everyone says keep my workout going ( lifting weights 4 days a week , with cardio 3 days a week) .
any tips on a diet i could try? anything is appreciated
