Well we trained today even with another hurricane coming. I have to post the weeks worth of wokrouts so check out the log later. I only went up to 550 today working on keeping my arch in the whole. I wore my single katana and man that thing is still tight in the whole. Ill post full workouts later.

yeah my family and i are in North Mississippi till its over or i get called to work. all is safe but what we left behind. Chris dont worry i took the At Large banner. It safe buddy. :-)
