Hey guys this is my workout routine please let me know if u seen anything wrong with it.

Monday-chest, triceps, shoulders

Bench press-6 reps,4 reps,2 reps

Incline bench-6 reps,4 reps, 2 reps

chest flies-6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps

skull crushers- 6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps

tricep pull down-6,4,2

side shoulder raises-6,4,2

behind the neck-6,4,2




leg curls-6,4,2

calf raises-2 sets of 30

wednesdays-back, biceps


lat pulldowns-6,4,2

back rows-6,4,2

barbell curls-6,4,2

hammer curls-6,4,2

thurdays off

friday-same as monday

saturday- is same as tuesday

sunday-same as wednesday

i go heavy in all my lifts all the time. Since im hitting the same each muslce group twice a week should i go one light day and one heavy day? Or should i just keep going heavy all the way?

P.S. im in my bulking stage to get bigger and put more mass on my body, im at 250 pounds at 6'0'' but i want to bulk up to about 270 ot 275 and i eat like crazy.
