You guys ever make them? I do occasionally when i feel like a ihavent had many carbs and my helping of fruit for the day?
Any recipes?

in my smoothies, i put in a banana, whatever fruit i have lying around (usually blueberries), orange juice, and whey protein powder.. although i am sure this can be improved
