Good job on the weight gain. But keep going! You could easily add another 30lbs and still be lean.

Good work. Definitely keep up the bulk, especially if you're able to drop BF while doing it. How long did it take you to gain the 11kg?
If I had to pick a weak point, I'd say your legs need a little work.

for being 6'4 that's a pretty impressive build. Id aree with jorge about the legs, maybe even the back but impressive none the less.

The only thing really lacking are your abs. Where are they? :D

what is your diet like?

Diet, I eat as much protein as I can and anything that gets me into the 4500 cal mark, its far from clean, I guess I have a good metabolism :D
Those pics were at 3/12 months from 90-101kg, always had abs of some sort but only because I was really skinny, just been hitting them really heavy with low reps to get some size.
Yeah I have been hammering the legs really hard, they are my strongest body part now by far, just last week pushed out 4x6 160kg squats and same on deads :D so making progress.
Cheers for the comments guys, I am continueing bulking aiming for 107kg clean, struggling with money to hit my calorie count a day though (poor uni student)

wow good work man. Those pictures inspire me to workout harder! I'm 6'4 1/2, weighing in at 212ish lbs. Is the WBB 1.1 workout worth it? Have you tried ripptoes(what I am currently doing) or the Bill Starr 5x5 routine?
What ab exercises do you do?

I found WBB1.1 to be a perfect mix of isolation and compounds for me, havn't tried Ripptoes or Bill-Starrs. I added Front squats into my deadlift day though just to fry quads more since I barely feel it in normal backsquats other than hams and glutes.
Abs, only really the compounds, 1-2 times a week heavy decline situps with normal rep range, but lately lower abs been lacking so have been doing more hanging leg work and prones etc
