TWO days late here was one of those workouts a bad one.

1board pause press upto 330lb x 1 pr

Squat upto 420lb fail

Rack pull below knees upto 530lb fail couldnt budge it very strange

Will take a pen and paper next time.

Platform Deadlift upto 507lb NO belt so PR i guess

Box Squat lower than last time 400 x 1 must of been totally knackerd from Deadlifting

I'm the same age as you and I'm lifting half of what you do mate.

Then again I've only been lifting for like... 3 weeks at most.

speed work deadlift 353lb x 3
deadlift for reps 400 x 12 took a lil breath then 3 more wasnt happy about this

Thanks coke, yesterdays wasnt much to mention some body weight pullups only got about 15 the first set i hate these nowadays! I had glandular fever a while back lost a **** load of strength got it all back and pullups were never the same again strange.

Also some strict milly press dam i never progress with these.

RGL deadlift upto 485 x 3 then 30seconds rest 1 more then grinded out 2 a minute later.

not happy with this,
fealt stiff all day and pretty sore now.

Samj - do you normally ramp the weights like that? I used to go all out on every set and try for 5 but for the last 2 weeks i've decided to ramp the weights instead and feel like its going to work much better.

Just wondered about your experience with it

not to sure what you mean do you keep the same on the bar? ive always ramped it up though

thanks alot for stopping by coke, i will but not sure if to leave them out this week and do 4 board bench on friday, pressing 3times per week too much do you think?

Sorry for being unclear... basically after a warmup I basically use the same weight on the bar and my set usually get something like 5-4-4-3-3. I think ramping the weight like you do is going to be much better. Been doing it 2 weeks now and it feels much better anyway.

By the time you get to 21 your are gonna be one strong mofo :)

Shoulder dumbbell press upto 106lbers x 3 PR one was helping me up on the first second and third were alone

Pullup (palms out) upto 77lb x 1 PR good rep from hanging

was hyped up for this nearvous as **** because it was 5 i was aiming for and a new pr on the 3rd rep my nose literally xploded with a big blob of blood bursting onto the mirror infront of me, below parallel by far.

Bench press 309 lb x 3 pr

How do i get rid of this headache? im going out tonight for a few well deserved beers its been a fair few months..

wasnt happy atall tonight wasnt feeling motivated atall either.

Squat added knee wraps and belt upto 420lb x ? but this is what happend.. end up putting 190kg on the bar some guy says ask me if you want a spot. I was thought yeah right i have seen you and your training partner housting weights up for each other with terrible form.
So i unrack it by myslef walk out then he walks over i thought okay. First rep went down he grabs me:tuttut: so it flies up so then instead of thinking about the lift i have to tell him not to touch me etc. So the second rep he doesnt touch me and it went up pretty good then the third i fail half way up. Then he says wow you go deep as hell lol i was like er ye thanks for that:indian:

Then drop setted untill i nearly puked

Pullups to 77lb x 1 100lb cant be far away

and some machine rows

There were some real douche bags in the gym today need to find a mans gym.

also my elbows are hurting real bad now, went through the pain from the first bench set think it was from squat 2 days ago.

bad workout highly dissapointed with myelf and i have hurt my IT band and got sore elbows.

Platform deadlift 440 fealt heavyier than usual 485 felt heavyier 507 felt very heavy and a 530lb epic fail got to my knees and kinda give up (head was not with it tonight)
bair in mind i lifted 507 lb without a belt just chalk couple of weeks ago. This was with straps(cant find chalk anywere) knee wraps and a belt.
The only thing i can think of is when i have chalk i start up right take a deep breath then straight down for the lift. With wrist straps i cant do that.
ah well not happy

just a quick update got sciatica may last year suffering and starting physio this week been trying my best in the gym but im falling apart strengths WAY down. real big knots in my lats and sciatica it wont defeat me i will be back with bigger numbers then ever in 1year from now
