Hey guys!
So, I kind of dropped off the face of the earth. I was getting divorced. Go figure. Yes, 19 and married and divorced, I know I know I know.
Anyway. I'm back. Right now I'm weighing in around 175 pounds, I'm 5'9" and I'm actually getting my body fat measured in a few days so I will be sure to update ya'll with it!
Anyway. It's all about ME now, no one standing in my way! So expect HUGE results, quickly!
It's good to be back boys! =]]

I am using Built's "Baby Got Back" program, and I'm adding in an 30 minutes of cardio 4x a week, mostly sprint/jog/walk combos or the elliptical.
My specific goals are to obvoiusly cut down on body fat, I am looking for more definition pretty much all over. I want to definately increase strength in my upper body as well. My lower body is very strong but not defined, and I don't have very much upper body strength. I eventually want to be able to bench press at least 100 lbs. lol =]
