I am currently training for the uk pbo england and wales, in the 90kg catagory. I weigh 89kg at the moment.
My lifts are increasing at a rapid rate as i am new to powerlifting.
Squat is currently 375 lbs atf
Deadlift is currently 462 lbs
Bench is lacking at 235 lbs (needs some work)
Most guys who competed in my cat last time were lifting approx the same as me, except one guy who was 120lbs combined total ahead of the pack.
Looking forward to competing for the first time.
Any advice for a newbie for the comp?
