i have a friend who mixes oatmeal and cookies and cream muscle milk protein powder and says its great. im thinkin about gettin nitrean protein powder and am wonderin if anyones tried oatmeal and chocolate nitrean mix.. ?

Eh, I just put raw organic rolled oats in my chocolate syntha-6 protein shake and it kind of got in the way and they all sunk to the bottom and I had to spoon it, so I blended the oats into a powder and it works out pretty well. Granted it won't be like eating oatmeal, but it's a good way to get some complex carbs in there.

Cook the oatmeal and then add the powder and mix works great. It adds flavor to bland oatmeal. I eat this for breakfast nearly every morning.

I don't think chocolate tastes good in oatmeal. I prefer vanilla or a mild fruit flavor, like banana or something.

I like it in the chocolate but thats because I don't really care for vanilla flavored stuff.

On bulking cycles I'll dump 2 cups of oats in with 2 scoops of Maximus and 2 scoops of Nitrean. You've just gotta blend it really well though to make sure it gets mixed in
