I am on the mend and will be back to benching in a few short weeks!!!! I have decided to start an 11-12 week training cycle that will allow me to come back slowly and ease into the heavy weight again, I will be doing this to get ready for Wolfe's charity meet and because I think it will be fun. To get ready for the meet I will be using Kaz's bench routine, but with a few tweaks to get it personalized to fit me. I will be starting this on either the 16th or 23rd of sept., depends on how I feel.
