well hit another PR in the gym last night pulled a 500lb deadlift finally
i had been pretty stagnet this summer as from spring last year i pulled a new best of 405, then the next spring this year pulled 485 were it stayed there till now for only 15lbs over the summer. So in a year and a half i had made a 95lb gain.
one of the reasons i think i didnt make much progress over the summer was i didnt do to many real heavy pulls, i found my self stopping out of energy around the 455lb range after doing sets of 5 with 315, 365, 385 & 405
so to fix it i started aiming to get some more singles in the 470-485lb range with a couple failed attempts of 490
also before that pull i equated a gym best of 390 ATF (best raw was a comp in Nasa were i did 402lbs, while at the gym i only got 385 i think)
