Timing of Nitor

Hey,

Just got my Atlarge order which included Nitor. The note attached to the bottle suggests starting with 1 tab after waking up and then a second no later than 1 pm. With my schedule at 1 pm I've only been up for 2 hours max, so what would be a good interval between waking up and taking the second dose, around 7 hours maybe?

PS its not very nice to hide the scope for my Nitrean at the bottom of that big ass container.:tuttut:

usually the 4-6 hours before bed is a good rule.

yup. and the scooper lost in the protein is something that you have to learn to deal with. it frustrates me with my monkey hands, try using a wooden spoon to find where it is.

yepp, 4 hours before bed... but of course longer would be better if you are sensitive to stimulants.

Thanks for the replies guys. I usually go to bed around 3ish, I work till 2:30ish and live across the street from work. So I guess I'll try taking the second dose around 9.

By the way after the second day I can already feel a difference. I feel hotter, plus when I did my cardio today I was sweating like I was standing is the rain, absolutely soaked. I haven't noticed anything else really.
