This vid kind of shows my progress. I weighed in at 315 fully dressed and on a different scale then normal. This one weighs about 3 pounds heavier then the mechanical one I normally use. So I'm some where now between 310-315.

This vid is me doing DB presses with te 150's I did 20 reps with them but my lovely wife did not delete pics and vids off her camera from vacation and we ran out of memory after 5 reps.

But I'm really starting to feel GREAT and training is going AMAZING!!! For some reason my shoulders dont hurt no more :) Hahahaha wonder why???

I was thinking you did 5 on each arm.

Hey Coach Wolfy. My meet is 2 weeks from today. I did heavy raw bench today with Jonathan. Worked all the way up to 375. What do I need to do next week. Should I do one more heavy workout next Saturday. Shirted? Raw? Thanks.

Damn Wolfe, that's very impressive, and it's great to see losing weight doesn't decrease strength dramatically. You've inspired me to drop some pounds!

Forget about the fat guy lifting the dumbells. What about the fat dirty guy holding the video camera!
