Hi there,

We've just launched a brand new section of the AtLarge Nutrition website - The AtLarge Nutrition Strength Training Video Series (http://http://www.atlargenutrition.com/atlarge_strength_video_series.php)

http://atlargenutrition.com/images/news/strengthvideos.gif (http://www.atlargenutrition.com/atlarge_strength_video_series.php)

Powerlifters, Olympic Lifters and athletes looking for increased strength and on-the-field performance (football players, baseball players, track athletes etc) this video series is for you! We have everything from benching at the legendary Westside Barbell Club through to Travis Bell taking you through various back and shoulder exercises.

We'll be expanding the video section to include many other topics such as bodybuilding & interviews. Watch this space!

Enjoy!

Definitely, I like the reverse band pulldown to increase your back strength and better bench form!

how do you keep the bands from pulling you off the bench?

If you have so much band tension that you can't lay down, you have too much band tension on there. Just choke the greens around the top of the rack

or possibly you just need to eat more
