Hey There,

Well, like I've said on the other sections of the forum, I'm ready to loose all this unwanted fat. I want to get down to about 6% Body Fat and increase my strength enormous amounts. I know this isn't going to happen within a week, or three months, or maybe within the next year, but I really, really would like it to happen, my sport depends on it. Right now, I'm doing the Body For Life thing, and it's really nice and simple, the whole "portions" thing. I'm 6'3, 220ish, and 17 years old. I'm pretty out of shape, and fairly weak in my muscles. My plan was to do the exact body for life thing, but on week 2, add cardio every single morning on a fasted state, waiting an hour before I eat my next meal. What do ya'll think? I don't even know how to really count calories (aside from looking at the nutritional values), or for that matter finding out my "maintainence" caloric intake. If any of ya'll could help me, I'd really appreciate it!
