Alright so here's the deal. I'm going on a cruise at the end of december, so this is my time frame. My goal is to gain more muscle but also cut down on my body fat (the general goal of man). But the being lean and really cut is a little more important to me then getting huge. I'm now about 205 lbs., 6'3'' and 21 yrs old. I've been active all my life and even an NCAA athlete for two years so training hard and eating well is nothing new to me. This thread is purely to see some of your opinions since some new ideas have been mentioned to me. One said to bulk hard for half the time, then cut. (not adequate enough time i think). Another to do a clean bulk with a little more cardio.. Just looking to see what you guys thought.. Thanks!
