So no cutting since I have no muscles.

But really, there is practically no difference between the two.

Organic Whole Milk

I remember reading an article where they tested hormones and contamination of certain foods. The 2 (other than meat) they said you should always try to buy organic were milk and apples.

Well if he's bulking why would he want to consume something with less calories if he only weighs 100 and change.

Is there a Half Milk? Just curious. And, if it's 2% milk, what's the other 98%? These are things that I need to know so I can plug them into my calorie counter, E=MC2, Atkins modified, South Beach, diet plan.
