ive started drinking prune juice lately to clear out my system if you know what I mean. when I started taking whey protien I found out I was lactose intollerant (im 25) and boy does it work (the prune juice). im wondering with all of the bad... things im clearing out if im clearing out some of the good stuff as well.. like my bulking calories etc..
