Beef Jerky

I never noticed until the other day that those little Jack Link's premium cuts packages of 1.8 oz Beef jerky had 25g of protien in them. Thats a pretty decent amount for the little amount of jerky in the package. Does anyone else eat the stuff regulary for protien intake?

dried meat. Thin strips usually cut about 1/4", marinated and then dried.

Very tasty stuff. Doesn't look too appetizing, but once you bit into is and let the saliva get into it it taste pretty good
