Ok,

So I am in the local bulk barn picking up some Almonds and I come across some coffee whitener. I snapped some photos of the nutritional info in the attatchements below

Now I'm wondering to myself WTF??? At about 2/pound the stuff is half the price of the cheapest WPC I have ever seen. Check the ingredients. Now would this stuff be a good way to boost the protein content in my diet?

I'm going to assume the majority of the protein will be casin so I'm not sure where it'd go the best. Maybe in your last shake before bed I guess.

Good find though!

What about the hydrogenated oil content?

The label is wrong. 9g of protein is 36 calories and it says 10 total, so something is amiss.

I noticed the same thing...maybe they meant 9cals from protein?

The first ingredient is corn syrup and it only has 1 g of carbs? I think they got the carbs and protein mixed up.

The second ingredient is also fat and it has no fat in it? Hmmmm....
