3rd attempt - 300# got called for hitching

265 looked waaaay easy. good lift. you BARELY hitched the 3rd attempt, another try and i think you'd have it (if you havent gotten it already). good job, i read your post about being nervous about this being your first meet, how was it?

It was not bad at all. Everyone was very helpful. I really enjoyed it and want to do another meet in february.

I think the darn bar got caught on the singlet when I lifted that 300 because it did not seem that hard.

That's what it looked like to me, also looks like you may have gripped the bar uneven, and that may have caused the right side to pull in tighter, thus gripping on the singlet.

Baby powder on the legs woman!!! It will help that snag - and pull the singlet up higher. Seriously good job though!

That's what it looked like to me, also looks like you may have gripped the bar uneven, and that may have caused the right side to pull in tighter, thus gripping on the singlet.

Good observation. I did have it going up crooked.

I did have baby powder on my legs but that singlet was too long. Next time I will pull the legs up on it. Thanks!

If its not too tight you can probably roll the legs up a few times if need be too.
