Just like many of yall do I guess I consume about 5 to 6 meals a day....How many of yours meals are MRPS and how many are solid food?? I have 4 meals of food and 2 MRPS...

What are your stats? are you trying to put on some weight, maintain what you have, or are you dieting?

I take in mostly 6 meals a day, sometimes 7. NONE of them are MRP's. The only supp i use is whey powder. The only time I take whey for an entire protein source in one meal is post training, but I also take in some low GI carbs as well. Eaxample Diet:

Non Training=

M1= tuna, whey, oats
M2= tuna, oats
M3= chicken, sweet potato
M4= tuna, walnut oil
M5= chicken, olive oil
M6= eggs and more whites


M1= same
M2= same
M3= chicken, walnut oil
M4= same
M5= whey, oats
M6= chicken, olive oil

I take in about 6-7 meals a day and I also take in about 2-3 MRP's daily. It hard trying to get all that food down(solids). I am also trying to gain weight and I eat about 3400-3700 cal per day.

All foods, 6 meals . . .

Protein supplement for immediately after workout. (not included as a meal)

1 MRP post-workout only. So 4 MRPs / week.
