Hey guys I just joined the site recently and I've decided to start a journal here.

Background: I just turned 20, played hockey for 10 years. It's very hard for me to gain weight but I've managed to gain 4 lbs a month for the past 3 months.
Anyway here are some baseline figures so far:

Bench: 165 x 4 is my Max , at one time I weighed 135 and could max out at 180 for 2 reps

Deadlift: 240 x 6

Shoulder press: 100 x 6

Dumbbell bench press: 130 x 5

Leg press: 400 x 6

What do you guys think?

I'll post up my new workout/pictures later today.

Yesterday I went to the gym to do upper body and this is how it went:

Bench: Netural
135x6 145x6 155x6

Bench: Incline
115 x 6 x 2

Shoulder Press
95 x 6 x 2

Dumbbell Bench Press
130 x 6 x 2

135 x 10 x 3

What do you guys think?

Breakfast: Chicken (breast 8oz), 2 cups of brown rice, water
Lunch: Chicken (6oz), danish, water
Dinner: 2 chilli cheese hotdogs, 2 large fries, ice tea

I was at an expo today so I really couldnt eat the way I wanted to but hey theres always tomorrow.
