Are taking shakes at around 2/3 in the morning worth it.
Is there anyone that does this find it good?

what like setting an alarm for a shake?
i have never done it, but you could. i have heard of a few credible guys doing this. something like a protein blend would be great.

I usually take some casein protein before I go to bed.
I think most people make gains without having to wake up in the middle of the night.

I just take a casein, egg, whey blend at night.. like two scoops before bed.
No way in hell I'm waking up in the middle of the night if I don't have to..

I used to do it. Every morning, 3 am, get up and down a 1000 cal shake. That in combination with other things got me bigger than ever, stronger than ever, and fatter than ever. I wont be doing it again. I just take casein before bed now like the others said.

LOL i do the same thing.
a 1000 calorie shake with a protein blend, PB and whole milk in the middle of the night will put weight on you, though. if thats what your looking for a midnight shake is a great tool
