Here is the small but stacked lineup for the meet on Sat. I hope everyone within driving distance comes to witness this one. Some very epic battles between guys that should have met long ago.

Pitbull is one of my favorite lifters to watch.

i think my buddy Mark Farris is still doing it...he just pulled 675 raw @ 242 for the #1 raw total at 242 in the nation. did i mention his back is injured as well?

I agree that the roster looks great. If you have 14 lifters and 111-12 go over 705, I think that is pretty quality considering that there really are not that many really heavy guys. A ton of 181-242 guys in there. Also, there Wilkes scores are going to be insane. Right now the #1 ranked wilkes scroe is 213. I think we will see some in excess of 230 at this meet.

Nease is a beast, but unfortunatley he has a slightly injured glute/ham. He is stil insanely strong and the USAPL American record for the master's 2 pull is like 730 and he will destory that by a lot at this meet even if he lifts on one leg.

Pit Bull is a really cool guy and a blast to watch on the platform. Lasst year before he hit the 865 he had his nose down ina bottle of ammonia sniffing and barking like a dog. Then he went out and ripped that junk up raw. What a freak. The crowd went wild and almost came onto the platform.

Farris will be doing the NOTLD: Greed on Oct 25 as far as I know. No I had not heard that he was injured, but I was hoping maybe he would make it over to watch this one. His dl has soared the past year.

i talked to him about it saturday, he says its very tender, 50/50. if he can pull 675 raw, i'm sure he will be in for a geared pull. i want so badly for him to pull 800.

Thanks JT is was cool meeting you too although I was too busy working to get to hang with you guys. You should come down and watch the meet some time. I know it is not as cool as beching, but you might like it.

I hat to hear that about Mark, but it is 5 more weeks and he has time to take it easy and rest up. I would love to see him pull 800. The way it went up the past year, he might be there by next year.

Have you guys seen the training and competition vids leading up for this one. Check out the video out there of Herring's 752 raw pull at 198. Bartos hitting the 715x3 raw. Eucker killing 690 for reps raw. These guys are bringing it and it will all be left on the platform! I can guarantee that the crowd will be there to wring every ounce of strength out of them. We expect a full 500 and I will be on the mic to make sure they are on their feet and insane.

I do not have the official results in front of me but wanted to give everyone an update. coefficient top 3 was: Eiseman, Meyers, Herring. Biggest was: Eucker, Meyers, and I forgot. Dud I have only had 4 hours sleep and just wanted to give you a note. The showdown was everything it was hyped up to be. More later
