I'm doing my second full cycle of 5x5 training. I'm using the single factor program from madcow's site.

I'm already done with the fist week so I'll start this log from week 2 day 1

Comments
Squats felt heavy but nice. Benching is still light but thats how it should feel at this stage. I'm a terrible bencher btw.

I suck at deadlifting, this felt so damn heavy
