View Full Version : thoughs on my 1st attempt of a diet plan

ive changed my workout since looking through this site, now i think its time to attempt to pat down a decent diet :)

dont mok me 2 much if my 1st attempt is that much outa wak, but here goes.. oh, btw im aiming to cut.. here goes..

whereva i put / it means i got an option of one or the other..

1st meal: 4 slices of plain toast & 2 egg white / oatmeal
2nd meal: 1 banana
3rd meal: beans / sandwhich (either subway or from home)
4th meal: (whateva is had for dinner) chicken peas potato / steak & tomato / pasta with mince sauce
5th meal: yoghurt

most of my protein is had in my 1st & 4th meal .. i know teh 4 slices of toast is a high amount of carbs, but i need some carbs in me for uni..

well any comments would be apreciated!

whats the breakdowns? Doesnt look like enough protein.

not sure about the breakdowns.. shoudlnt the protein in the egg whites, and the protein in the 3rd meal, either means or a sandwhich (with chicken) and then the 4th meal being chicken be enough protein?

I must agree with Orange 357 - there clearly isn't enough protein.

If you are aiming to cut there are far too many carbs, unless you are doing an awful lot of exercise.

Cut out the toast, banana & pasta meal. Add 2 whole eggs to your 2 egg whites or 4 more egg whites if you prefer them to whole eggs.
