The vid is going to be 455X10 to a 1 brd. Got 15 on first set, 12 on second, and this was my third set. I need to work on endurance, lol. Tried to get first two sets on vid but had camera problems.

I am amazed at how much better my shoulder is feeling! I have been taking 3 doses (1.5doses 2x daily) of ETS along with glucosamine, chondroitan, and msm religiously for about 6 weeks now. It still has a bit of an ache after my first few sets, but it goes away as I do more work. I will be started my adapted Kaz program in exactly one week!

I said I was going to take off for 6 weeks, and I did. I am just doing high rep sets for a while now, which is part of the reason I decided to do the Kaz program (first 5-6 weeks are sets of 10 or more). I don't consider a weight I can do for 15 reps (especially when its been a LONG time since I have gone over 5 reps for a working set) to be heavy.

I am also doing a lot more shoulder pre/rehab work, and with everything I did yesterday my shoulder feels like a million bucks today! Before it would hurt all night and for days after. I am going to take it slowly getting back to the big weights (read: 500+).

ah, that makes sense. I'm really glad you're feeling better and I would totally agree, a weight that you can do for 15 reps or even 10 reps is pretty light. Go get em' bud!

u are still inflicting trauma to the injury with any training. u were going to failure, or close to it regardless of the reps. i would just like to see u stay healthy to do what we all know u can, break the raw record. all im saying is 6 weeks rest by choice is alot better than ANOTHER 6 months forced down time for another injury and still come up short on the record.

I did rest for 6 weeks, and now I am getting back to training. My last bench session where I went over 135 was at the end of July before just recently

We talked about it the first week in august when I was going to try to do a local charity meet and you advised me to take 6 weeks off, I had already been off for about a week and half because it hurt a little to do 135. I am sticking to your advise.
