Not sure if I should post this in the BB or PL forum, but thought I would post it here.
Reason why I'm posting this routine is because I'm confused whenever they say, "and throw in some accessory work in there." I'm not exactly sure what to throw in there.
I got this routine from ology:
Monday
Legs
5x5 – Front Squats
2 (8-10)– Hack Squat
2 (8-10) SLDL
2 (8-10) Leg Curls
2 (4-6) Standing Calf Raise
2 (8-10) Sitting Calf Raise
Wednesday
Chest
5x5 – Incline DB Press
2 (8-10)– Flat DB Press
2 (8-10) Crossovers
2 (6-10) DB press
2 (6-8) CGBP
2 (8-10) DB Side Laterals
Friday
Back
5x5 – Deadlift
2 (8-10)– CG Pullups
2 (8-10) BB Rows
2 (8-10) BB Curls
1 (8-10) Bent over laterals
