So its chest day, and I started out with 2 warmup sets of 135 on incline barbell (my usual). I then start my first working set of 225 with a grip slightly wider than usual, and by the 2nd rep, I feel a tweak going down my bicep/tricep. No big deal I think, but by 4, I know something is wrong and I stop. It was a sharper pain that started near the top outside corner of my pec, went down the inside/topside of my bicep and down my forarm. I felt it a little bit in my tricep as well. I then stripped 2 45's off to do 135, and that did not feel good at all. I'm pretty sure a single pushup would be a horrible experience right now.

I don't feel it in my pec, its more in my arm. It hurts slightly as I set here and type. What does this sound like to you? I'm hoping this is just a strain and not a tear.. gotta be a ligament, right?
