Wheaties

What do you people think about Wheaties? Is it junk or considered good complex carbs?

I don't think they are that bad if you are doing a carb up of some sort for your NHE diet. If you eat carbs daily, I would stick to oats, brown rice or something else less refined. I'm a picky bastard though :)

Yeah, I've been jonesin for some cheaties and my carb load is tonight...damn i really want some friggin wheaties...
