Oly Lifting King of Prussia/Malvern/West Chester

Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a gym with bumper plates or with trainers that can teach olympic lifting at a reasonable price. I've gotten interested in oly lifts and have been teaching myself the power cleans and would like to learn the snatch a little better.

That place is great. Moorestown, NJ which is just across the river from Philadelphia is a residential center for a number of top athletes, including Lance Frye.

If you are ever in Baltimore, let me know; we always like having more lifters in our gym on any given day.

I did check out the USA weightlifting website but most of the places were too far.

I will definitely check out iron sport. It might be too far for me to be a regular member but I can stop in from time to time. I've heard of the moorestown club and if I get more involved it would be cool to pay a visit.
