I would like to start a HIIT sprinting routine. I need to up my cardio endurance intensity and FAST. I've never tried HIIT before. My question is will a 30 second interval HIIT routine interfere with my lifting performance? And should the HIIT training be performed on weight training days? Or off days?

Your lifting performance shouldn't be affected and its best to day HIIT on off days if possible.
