I've been eating a bag of this for 2 meals a day, but I'm VERY confused over the nutrition facts.

Serving Size: 1 cup (140g)
Servings Per Container: about 2

Calories: 240
Calories from Fat: 30

Amount Per Serving
Total Fat 3 g
Saturated Fat 0 g
Trans Fat 0 g

Cholesterol 0 mg
Sodium 15 mg
Potassium 100 mg
Total Carbohydrate 39 g
Dietary Fiber 2 g
Sugars 0 g

Protein 5 g

Nothing seems to come out right, when I add it up. Is it a misprint? When I add up the calories I get 210?

how are you getting 210? If the bag says it, it's generally b/c of an additive that the company has put in it for the taste. But whole grain brown rice is good **** so i don't see what would be wrong with it. 78g carbs 440 cals 10g pr. good stuff, may have to pick up a bag or 9 myself =)

210 vs 240 = 30 calories... who cares really?

Even on a cut 30 calories shouldn't make or break anything...

Just eat, and if you gain weight, eat less the next time.
