I'm entering my sophmore year and I want to accomplish these goals by graduation.

Bench= 205x1/over 350x1
Squat=315x3 below parallel after heavy leg workout/over 500x1 below parallel
Power Clean=185x1/300x1
Deadlift=295x1/400x1

I know those are pretty big jumps but it is three years about and there is a lot of growing in high school.
What do you think?

Sounds very similar to what I did, except I only got to a 300 bench. Go for it.

I think that those goals are definitely reachable by graduation. However you shouldn't be working on them right now, keep those numbers in the back of your mind. Set smaller goals to reach first. Go for 250, 400, 225, 400 or something along those lines first. That way you have more achievable goals and you won't get into your own head.

Agreed! Good luck!

Hey, I started with a 225 bench in November of last year as a freshman, and I'm putting up 300 (going for over 315 in a few weeks when I max), so you just have to make sure you're using the best program and diet available.

aim HIGHer. If you miss the stars you'll be sure to land on a cloud. lol But fo real eat big train hard and you'll get there definitely its more than plausible. You have great strength as it is. 400 D-lift with a 500 squat... hmmm something don look right.
