I've read all sorts of things from cold processed vitamins to hot processed (Cheaper) and how certain multivitamins are better absorbed in the body than others...and how certain vitamins/minerals conflict or interfere with absorption of other vitamins/minerals....
any1 know what the best multi vitamin is and how to get the most out of it?

generally whole food vitamins are the best imo. I suggest you do some research on vitamin and mineral bioavailability, its too complex to explain on here.but generally oxides(magnesium oxide iron oxide etc.) and calcium carbonate are inferior forms. amino acid chelates i believe are the best

Thats not true. There are vitamins and minerals that we can't necessarily obtain through a balanced diet.

I believe that he is talking about superfoods / whole foods vitamins - greens supplements. Many of these are loaded with a diverse vitamin complex and because they are in liquid form they have a better absorbtion rate.
AtLarge is currently developing a greens drink and there are a lot of people out there who swear by them.
Sorry that I don't have any other suggestions for you but currently I rely on my meal replacement shakes for vitamin needs.

i'm glad you said that. people need to see this. IT IS WRONG
multivitamins are probably the most important supplement (besides protein) out there. your body creates vitamin gaps. when your body has these vitamin gaps, it can't grow and recover, etc. and function as well as it would be able to if the gaps were filled
by taking the vitamins, you create a strong base for yourself.
best vitamins are either ANIMAL PAK or GNC's brand
