hi im new here and still learning the rules and what not so if this is in the wrong section im sorry. currently i am 5'10" and weigh about 144. At the moment i am trying to put on weight and hopefully at some point hit 160 (dream weight). I am a soccer player so not being bulky and fat is important to me. Right now I am taking Mass XXX from GNC but GNC products dont seem to be too popular here so i was hoping you could help me pick out one that fits my needs. I want to pack on weight but not just fat or be bulky. I would ofcourse like to keep definition and become more ripped, like most. Should I just pack on weight then tone up? Or should i just slowly pack on weight and stay toned? Any responses are welcome. Also i dont want any proteins that have untested stuff or controversial ingredients.
