Hi Guys,
Quick one for you. I tried a new supplement called HOT BLOOD. it says it can be used instead of creatine. it comes from a company called Scitec Nutrition based in sweden.

Seems to work well. i've found myself being able to lift for longer and slightly heavier than usual aswell with out tiring as much as i would normally.

just wondering if any of you have heard of it or tried it ....

thanks
C

caffeine and creatine supplement retailing for 3X the cost or more is what it appears to be. I'd be weary of msot supplement that are affraid to actually clearly list everything in them.

i went straigh to source dude.. took them a while to get back to me at the start.. Most stores that sell supplements will have it at this stage.. go onto their webdite and copy the info and bring it to a store, so they know what you are talking about.

As for results.. i've noticed a massive differance. i'm lifiting heavier, getting bigger.. i'll post up some pics very soon..

Caffeine + Creatine is a combination that does not make a ton of sense unless you are using it for a little pre-workout boost but even then you would be better off taking creatine + dextrose and then the caffeine seperately immediately prior to training.

Sounds like "Hot Blood" is another marketing product.

My general feeling is that when these companies try to hide what's in the product, there's a reason for that. I'd be careful - could be a big waste of money.

is that like a knockoff of white flood or something?
