I was talking to a bouncer at my local bar one night. He apparently used to play for the Tampa Bay Bucaneers and is one big guy. (6'7 330+ ) He told me a simple way to gain weight would be yeast packets. Mix a packet with water and drink it down once or twice a day. Can I get some feedback on this guys it's an interesting concept to say the least. He said he gained like 70lbs in 6-80 months or so. What do you guys think.

Brewer's yeast is nutritious, but it's dead as sold for dietary supplementation, and not overly calorie dense. Adding live yeast would mess up the normal flora in your intestines over a period of time, and probably lead to intestinal problems, depending on the species of yeast. I'd forget it. Milk will put the weight on you. Simple. Effective. Proven.
