new clean and jerk PR

i clean and jerked 225 lbs last night. while its not much weight (especially compared to fuzzy) it still felt amazing. i felt extra good because there were about 10 other kids from my high school's rival, who all looked to be about 135 lbs dripping wet, all wearing their school's weight lifting team shirt, and ALL benching on a smith machine. i was on cloud 9.

Sounds like you are training for football - does your team do testing with the power clean or hang clean? I am thinking you should be in the 250+ range there.

thanks, no im not in football, i just enjoy putting myself through un-needed pain.
