I get about 2lbs of boneless/skinless,cut em into 2-3 inch long strips.Put some shakn bake on em and put them in the oven.Then I make my own honey mustard with fat free mayo,honey,mustard,and a dash of apple cider vinegar.Bake the strips for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.Low in fat and tons of protein.

I gotta try that this weekend..
You put em on a rack in the oven, or just a cookie sheet or something?

you put them on a cooking sheet. i made them tonight, they were awesome!
